You can’t go wrong with this basic labret set. It is a pair of 14g surgical steel labrets with internally threaded beaded ends. They have a 5/16″ long shaft with flat backs on the opposite end.  Wear them as a pair close to each other like a snake eye piercing, or change it up and use one as a monroe and the other as a tragus piercing. The choice is all yours.
